Eran Sharon
Co-Founder / Principal
Since 2003, partner Eran Sharon has been involved in the purchase of hundreds of residential property. In recent years, Eran has turned to multifamily housing as his niche, buying and selling countless property. His concrete ties with those in the field have given him the reputation of a savvy, street and tenant friendly investor. With Violet Capital, Eran is passionate about the art of his investments, and makes sure to minimize all risks and maximize absolute full potential.
Richard Paz
Co-Founder / Principal
Richard Paz is a licensed real estate broker and investor for 15 years. He advises clients on building wealth using advanced investment strategies. Paz won #1 top-producer several times and featured on Ocean Drive Magazine as one of the top 30 real estate professionals. He has degrees in engineering and business. Paz is a partner of several investment groups.
Jamie Tarich
Director / General Counsel
Jamie earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law (’05) and is a senior partner at The Tarich Law Firm P.A. His clients range from national real estate developers, institutional and hard money lenders, condominium and homeowners’ associations, to an array of real estate investors. Jamie’s experience with multiple, somewhat opposing, aspects of complex real estate transactions gives him unique perspectives that benefit Violet Capital when it is selling.
Nicole Howfield
Marketing Assistant
Nicole has 6 years experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO of major companies along with managing a team and all company needs.Proven organizational and business communication skills with the experience required to work in a fast paced exceptionally productive setting.
